Why ceramic
Ceramic is hygienic and doesn't leave a taste. Plastic bowls can get scratches where bacteria can build up, and many cats refuse to drink from plastic. Ceramic bowls also have enough weight that they don't move around while eating.

Delivery and delivery time
Part of our range sits in our own warehouse in Joensuu. Those items are sent within 2–3 business days.
Other items are made to order: we order them from the manufacturer only once you place your order, and send them on to you as soon as they reach us. Their delivery time is 7–14 business days. If it takes longer than that, we will contact you by email.

Returns
Every product comes with a 14-day right of return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We charge €6.50 in postage for a return.
