RIGHT OF RETURN

Eevian offers a full 14-day right of return on its products.

We charge €6.50 in postage for a return, deducted directly from the amount refunded to you. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

For a product to be returned it must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging. To complete the return we need the order confirmation or the receipt.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email. At the same time we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined. An approved refund is returned automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Pack the items being returned into a box and protect them carefully. Use the products' own original packaging where possible. You may also use a box other than Eevian's original – what matters is that the items are well protected. If you use the original box, make sure no old address details are left showing.

Attach the label with the return address to the parcel and take it to a Matkahuolto return point. Give the return reference at the counter and keep the return receipt.

REFUND

We refund the price of the items you return once we have received and processed your return. You will get a confirmation by email when the return has been registered.
