Ordering and delivery

How quickly is an order delivered?
It depends on the product. We have two delivery times:

  • Items in stock are sent within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items are ordered from the manufacturer only once you place your order. Their delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Where can I see which one applies?
On every product page, above the add-to-cart button, it says either „In stock” or „Made to order”, with the delivery time below it. You see this before you buy.

What if I order both in-stock and made-to-order items?
Everything is sent as a single parcel once all items are with us. If you want the in-stock items straight away, place a separate order for them.

Can delivery take longer?
Rarely, but a delay at the manufacturer is possible. If that happens we will email you with a new estimate. You can also cancel the order.

How much does delivery cost?
Orders over 90 euros are delivered free within Finland. Below that, pickup from a Matkahuolto parcel locker or service point is €7.80. European prices are on the Delivery page.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. To Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden in 2–5 business days, elsewhere in Europe 3–7 business days – for items in stock. For made-to-order items, add the sourcing time.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Klarna and Stripe: online banking, card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), Klarna invoice and instalments, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I pay later?
Yes, with Klarna's „pay later” option.

Do you charge immediately?
Yes, including for made-to-order items. The payment is what triggers the order from the manufacturer.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. A €6.50 postage charge applies to returns. Read more on the Returns & refunds page.

Does the right of return also cover made-to-order items?
Yes. The 14-day right of return starts when you receive the product.

Products

What are BRIXIES building sets?
BRIXIES is a range of miniature building brick sets. The number after the product name is the brick count – for example „BRIXIES Big Ben 380” contains 380 bricks. There are over 250 models in the range.

How do I know whether a harness will fit my pet?
The product description gives the size or weight range. If you are unsure, ask us: info@eevian.fi.
